1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how FitPDF handles information when you visit or use the service. FitPDF is designed so that PDF documents and photos selected for processing remain on your device.

2. Documents

FitPDF does not receive, upload, store or sell your PDF documents, photos, filenames, document text, images, metadata or output files. When you select a document or photo, your browser processes it locally and creates any download on your device. FitPDF does not provide a document-upload function. You are responsible for retaining your original files and for managing files downloaded by your browser.

3. Website information

When the public site is requested, FitPDF and Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine) may process ordinary request information, including the request method, path, response status, duration, IP address and browser user-agent. This information is used only for delivery, security, service operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not use it to build advertising profiles for FitPDF or to sell personal information. Hosting-log retention will be published here only after the live configuration has been independently verified.

4. Browser storage and paid plans

The document-processing portion of FitPDF does not use cookies, local storage or similar browser storage for your PDFs or photos. If paid plans are made available, the public site may store a licence key in your browser's local storage so that the applicable plan can be recognised on that device. You may remove that key through the service controls or your browser settings.

Paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal. FitPDF does not collect or store payment-card details, PayPal account credentials, or the payer's name or email address. To administer a subscription, FitPDF retains only the subscription reference, plan tier and current entitlement status, together with a protected licence credential. Payment information is handled under PayPal's own privacy practices.

5. Advertising

The free service may display advertising on its public pages. Advertising providers may process information associated with an advertisement request or interaction, including device, browser, IP-address and approximate-location information, and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies. Google AdSense's policy is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Advertising code does not receive your document, filename, metadata or output file. Paid plans, where offered, are presented without advertising. Visitors in the EEA or United Kingdom will be given the consent choices required for the advertising configuration in use.

6. International processing

Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine) provides website hosting and delivery from us-central1 (United States). Google and other service providers may process ordinary website or advertising information outside your country of residence, subject to their applicable safeguards and legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to make a complaint to a privacy regulator. Because FitPDF does not receive your documents and retains only limited operational information, we may be unable to link a request to a particular visitor. 8. Changes and contact

We maintain measures intended to keep file processing local and to limit access to operational information. No security measure is absolute, and you remain responsible for the security of your device, browser and downloaded files.
